The box came damaged. it looks like it still works. The fastners were not in the bag and loose. Luckily they were all there.

I used this on a 2011 ranger trail that has the center mount jack. I removed the outer tube and put my center mount tube on. Worked great

Timely delivery and follow up. This item was purchased to replace a 10 year old OEM jack on a Livin’ lite quicksilver 8.0 tent camper. The jack has more capacity than needed for this very light trailer, but I purchased because it has a separate bearing for the wheel to rotate. That feature plus the bigger wheel makes it so much easier to move the trailer in the driveway when unhitched. Good upgrade.
The existing Dutton-Lainson jack on my Ranger trailer didn't drop low enough to put the trailer onto my truck hitch. Ranger has a bolt-on plate welded to the trailer frame, but the bolt holes don't match a standard jack. The e-trailer product details helped find a new jack of the correct height that would bolt to the old jack's mounting plate.

Everything inside the box was in good shape. But the box came with holes in it. Luckily all parts were inside.

We bought it for our 18" Tracker boat trailer. Works perfectly. I have no problem using it to hitch to our truck and I am a 70 year old female. Great product. I would recommend it.
A fairly complicated install but fortunately my B I L is very handy. He had to drill out the holes comparted to my old smaller capacity jack. And you have to remove the hole section of the trailer to do so. Seems to work great so far.

This is a very sturdy trailer jack with a really nice wheel. The handle also turns very smoothly. It is much better quality than my last one that was another brand.
